BANGALORE: The Sun Networks' Telugu general entertainment channel Gemini TV has announced the launch of a new daily family drama soap No. 23 Mahalakshmi Nivasam, which will start airing from 30 December.
Produced by Radaan Mediaworks, the soap has the production house’s founder and head of creative Raadhika Sarathkumar in the lead role.
The show will occupy Monday- Friday 8 pm band. The serial is being directed by Rajeev Prasad, and the title music has been composed by Dhina.
The story revolves around the characters played by leading artistes in the Telugu television industry. While the spotlight is on the lead role of Mahalakshmi, the tale of the soap spans three generations of a rich Hyderabadi business family.

No. 23 Mahalakshmi Nivasam replaces Aradhana, another Radaan property which will now be aired at 3.30 pm daily. Cochin-based Vasan Eye Care has come on board as sponsors for No. 23 Mahalakshmi Nivasam.
