He is none other than Sanjay Reddy, the ex- COO of Zee Telugu and presently the head of Gemini Network in Andhra Pradesh. It is heard that Sanjay had a small dream of performing on Big Screens and this has been fulfilled by Hero turned Producer Vishnuvardhan, who offer him a chance. Sanjay has got good screen time in the Family with Comedy scenes. It is said that Manchu Family had good relations with Sanjay when he was heading 'Zee Telugu' channel and that might made him star in the film it seems.
